Shipping policy
We use Australia Post for returning your repaired item. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items through Australia Post. If you wish to add postage insurance on your item/s return to you ,you will need to request the service.
For online orders via our shop, you will have the option to add "extra cover" at checkout. We highly recommend you use the option for expensive items.
This will cover your item if it is lost or damaged in transit. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items if you do not take out extra cover(insurance) on your purchase.
All international purchases will be handled by Australia Post. No taxes or duties are taken by us at checkout, as such any liability will fall to the purchaser.
