This service is for the launch model Playstation 3 backwards compatible units, CECHA__, CECHB__, CECHC__, CECHE__.
The PS3 Frankenstein Mod Service addresses all known issues that cause or lead to system failure, the Yellow Light Of Death/YLOD.
The process involves;
-Replacement of all NEC/TOKIN capacitors with premium TantalACEr's.
-Replacement of RSX (GPU) with 40nm from a newer console using leaded solder balls.
-Voltage modification to ensure long term reliability, and both thermal and power efficiency.
-Miscellaneous components replaced that commonly fail. MLCC capacitors, certain IC's.
-System ultrasonically cleaned.
Once the process is completed, the system undergoes several stress cycles to ensure stability before being returned.

Decal options are available to really customise your console. These an be applied to any PS3 lid, not just the RELID. See images for available stocked options, leave a comment on your order.
This service is mail in or drop off to our location in Oxenford on the Gold Coast. Return postage can be paid at checkout, this will cover postage cost to return the system once completed.

These include but may not be limited to; Previous repair attempts, failed/faulty components that are not repairable such as CELL/CPU, No-PS2 issues, board damage/delamination during the process.
